SKR has been building and renovating homes in Dubai since 2017. We employ a group of highly skilled tradesmen who take pride in their workmanship. Our management staff assist these tradesmen by liaising with our clients and designers and by coordinating suppliers and sub-trades to ensure a smooth and successful build. We are well known for the construction of many notable architectural homes around the region but we also have a team dedicated carrying out smaller alterations, additions and landscape projects.

SKR is active in all sectors of the construction market, but most visibly in commercial construction. We build the schools our children learn in, the offices we work in and the restaurants we eat at. We build the hotels we stay in, the sporting facilities we play in and the supermarkets we shop at. We build libraries, galleries and hospitals. We really do do it all. We do it efficiently and economically and we don’t compromise safety, quality or timelines.
Industrial Projects
Our experience in industry covers a wide spectrum and includes the construction of food processing facilities, storage facilities, manufacturing facilities, distribution facilities, engineering workshops and buildings for use in the energy sector. We have an appreciation of the risks, requirements and protocols when working in and around existing operational facilities and we have the skills and systems to manage this work professionally.
